Friday evening

Arrive, settle in, share a welcome supper, then move into quiet.

Saturday

Morning meditation and breakfast, followed by a spacious day of rest, walking, reading, journaling, Reiki by request, and a shared dinner.

Sunday

Morning meditation, breakfast, free time, light lunch, a short closing reflection, and departure when you are ready.
