Fully inclusive of accommodation, all meals, and teaching.

Friday from 4pm

Arrive, settle in, share a welcome supper, have an introductory conversation, and take a short first sit.

Saturday

Morning sit, breakfast, first full teaching session, spacious afternoon, evening teaching session, and shared dinner.

Sunday

Morning sit, breakfast, final teaching session to consolidate your practice and build your daily routine, then light lunch and departure when you are ready.
