Deep listening
You will be heard carefully and without judgement. There is no right way to tell a dream.
Dreamwork with Jane
Dreams carry information that the waking mind has not yet found words for. Working with them gently, and without agenda, can be a direct route into self-understanding.
A dreamwork session is a conversation. You bring the dream, however fragmentary, strange, or fleeting, and Jane sits with it alongside you.
Upcoming workshop
A gentle three-hour dream workshop with Jane, held in a grounded and spacious way for people who are curious about the messages, symbols, and imagery carried in dreams.

Spacious, unhurried exploration
Through careful listening and reflective questioning, you begin to discover what the images mean to you.
This is not analysis. There is no dream dictionary, and no clever interpretation imposed from the outside. The work is in uncovering what is already held within the dreamer.
Dreams often address precisely what is most alive in waking life: a decision unmade, a relationship that needs attention, or a feeling that has not been named yet. The insights that emerge tend to be both surprising and immediately recognisable, as though something already known is finally being said clearly.
Simple and flexible
You will be heard carefully and without judgement. There is no right way to tell a dream.
Gentle questions help you find your own way into the dream's meaning. Nothing is imposed.
Recurring images and figures often carry important messages. Working across several sessions allows threads to emerge that a single conversation cannot.
Kind words
Having attended Jane's dream workshops as well as working one to one, I have found her to be an invaluable guide in the exploration and understanding of hidden layers and symbolism.
She has the ability to ease you into the complex and oftentimes muddled world of dream imagery in a very grounded and seemingly simple way, that surprisingly brings about a powerful, revealing understanding to the waking life. A very healing and enlightening experience.
I highly recommend everyone to explore their dreams with Jane as their guide through this strange terrain of sleeping imagery.

When you might reach out
Some people arrive with a single dream that will not leave them alone. Others have been curious about their dreaming life for years but have not found the right space to explore it. Some are in the middle of a transition or a loss and find that their dreams are speaking to it directly.
You do not need to be a vivid dreamer. You do not need any background in psychology or spiritual practice. You need only a willingness to stay curious.
Good reasons to come
Jane's practice
Jane's engagement with dreams has been lifelong. Formal training came later: a certification in Dream Yoga, followed by ongoing study that has taken her in a more Tibetan direction over time.
In 2021 Jane had a dream that changed the direction of her practice. The face of a Tibetan lama appeared, in a Himalayan monastery. A few weeks later, following an unexpected thread of synchronicities, she walked down a forest track 500 miles from home and found a Buddhist retreat centre. When she looked it up, there was the face from the dream. That experience led her to meet her current meditation teacher and begin travelling to his centres in Nepal and worldwide.
Jane shares this not to make dreamwork sound mysterious, but because it is true. Dreams can be very precise. Working with someone who has experienced this directly feels different from working with someone who has only read about it.
Common questions
This comes up often. Jane has several approaches for working with people who rarely or never remember their dreams, including ways of working that do not require a specific dream to begin with. It is worth getting in touch even if your dreaming life feels elusive.
None at all. Come as you are.
A single session can be genuinely useful. Most people find that working across a few sessions allows patterns to emerge that one conversation cannot. There is no minimum commitment.
No. This sits within contemplative self-inquiry. It is not therapy, counselling, or clinical mental health support. If you have concerns about your mental health, Jane will help you find the right professional support.
Yes. Dreamwork sessions can be shaped into a weekend retreat in Aylsham alongside meditation, nourishing food, and plenty of time to simply be.
